Individual Therapy (13+)
Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one process where we work together to explore your emotions, challenges, and personal goals. It’s a safe and confidential space for you to be heard, understood, and supported as you work toward mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re navigating difficult life transitions, exploring your identity, or processing trauma, individual therapy offers a space to work through it all at your own pace.
We specialize in working with queer and trans individuals ages 13 and up. Individual therapy is beneficial for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, heal from past experiences, or build stronger coping skills. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just seeking personal growth, therapy can help you feel more confident and grounded!
What to Expect: In therapy, we’ll explore the issues that matter most to you—whether it’s managing stress, working through trauma, or understanding your identity. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and client-centered techniques, all aimed at helping you heal in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and provide you with tools to feel more resilient in your everyday life.
Cost: $160 per 50-minute session

Insurance Note: If I’m not in your insurance network, no worries! I offer a number of sliding scale spots to make therapy more accessible for those who need it. Additionally, I can provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, so you can submit them to your insurance for potential coverage.
